We are not a college or university and as such we do not award college degrees, college credits or diplomas. In addition, we award a basic "certificate of completion" after finishing our programs. We do not provide “certification” for nursing assistants, medical assistants, dental assistants, pharmacy technicians or any other profession. If "certification" is required for your career please check with your certifying association or governmental agency that "certifies" your career to find out their requirements prior to enrolling in any of our programs.
St. Augustine School of Medical Assistants and St. Augustine School of Allied Healthcare are managed by St. Augustine Educational Services. St. Augustine Educational Services is the web-based virtual international correspondence school. All distance education program fees are non-refundable. Therefore, students are recommended to check with potential employers and their governmental agencies to make sure this program will meet their needs.
We make no guarantee of employment after completion of any of our programs, therefore it is up to the individual to make sure our program and accreditations meet their needs prior to registering for a program or making any payments. Employment requirements vary greatly in different countries. Certain jobs may require additional certification, licensing exams or other mandatory educational requirements. Admission Prerequisites: We have an open international enrollment policy to make our educational opportunities available to as many students worldwide as possible. We do however recommend that students entering our programs have at least a high school diploma, GED or the equivalent. In addition students should be 18 years of age or older.
We reserve the right to reject any applicant that does not meet our standards or terminate an applicant for academic misconduct or failure to make required program payments. Nursing Assistants: Nursing assistants who work in nursing homes in the United States may be required complete a state approved training and/or testing program. Prior to registering for any of our programs, please check with your local governmental agencies and current or potential employers to assure our program will meet your needs. Nursing assistants in the United States interested in going on a local “state registry” should contact their appropriate state agency for details. Our program does not provide “state registry” for nursing assistants.
We are not alleviated with: The University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine Florida USA, St. Augustine College in Raleigh, NC USA, St. Augustine University of Tanzania, The University of the West Indies at St. Augustine Trinidad or any another institution with a similar name. Our institution is St. Augustine Educational Services, inc. in the British Virgin Islands.
All our educational programs provide a “certificate of completion” when a registered student/customer has successfully completes the requisites of an educational program as determined by St. Augustine Educational Services. We are a private educational services, not a college, not a university or a related entity. We do not award college credit, degrees or diplomas. We recommend that all students/customers check with the appropriate governmental agency, current and/or potential employers and all appropriate parties to assure our educational programs will meet their needs prior to registering for any of our programs.
Arbitration: Any claim or controversy arising out of or related to any agreement, or the products or services we provide and/or distribute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the The British Virgin Island Arbitration Center and BVI legal system .
